I’m so glad we chose Dan for our home inspection. From the first phone conversation I knew we were in good hands. He is super easy to talk to, friendly, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable. He walked us through the entire process and explained things in a way that actually made sense, without talking down to us. Daniel is an excellent inspector. For us, as first time owners, was just the greatest experience having someone who not only was absolutely thorough, professional and knowledgeable but also willing to explain every detail of the findings (good or to pay attention to). He is also easy to reach, always open to questions, and chill to talk. You know that you are going to be 2-3 hours with a person, and you need to understand how nice it is to been able to have a conversation with your inspector. We cannot thank him enough and we definitely recommend him.
